THATI Academy provides different services for the Interns, which aim to empower them to become future leaders, capable of keeping up with the needs of the Emirate of Sharjah in several sectors.
The services provided to the Interns:
Professional
Support & Guidance:
A mentor will be with you all the time to guide and support you continuously throughout your career and build a future plan that suits your capabilities and career preferences.
Work
Placement
You will gain a different experience during the work placement period as you will work in several organizations in the Emirate of Sharjah for two years, and in the third year, you will be employed in one of those organizations.
Training
Courses
You will join the Administrative development program which will provide you with the tools to develop your leadership and management skills.
Developing Management &
Leadership Skills
This program will give you the opportunity to develop your leadership and management skills.
Defined
Career Path
At the end of the second year of joining the program, you will be assigned to an administrative position in one of Sharjah’s organizations based on your performance in the previous two years.
Fixed Salary during
the Program Period
We do not only support you by providing the training and development program, but we also offer you a monthly salary during the training period that is commensurate with your qualifications as a graduate in accordance with law of the Emirate of Sharjah.
